Chelesile Sikululiwe Magwizi is a proficient business professional with a strong background in finance, operations, and business development. With a BBA in Finance, she effortlessly combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver impactful results.

She has held key positions in the petroleum, banking, and advertising sectors,  where she gained extensive experience in financial management, operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Chelesile has successfully ventured into farming, commodities distribution, and logistics. She is also a dedicated advocate for family values and youth empowerment. Actively championing initiatives that safeguard the well-being of young girls and boys. To foster safe, supportive environments for their development.

Born and raised in Israel, Maor brings with him vast experience in technology-based projects in a fast-moving environment.

Having spent over a decade working on projects in Zimbabwe, the ability to find the right solution and adapt it to the local environment is a key element in his work.

Maor is known to be an innovative and creative thinker. With a bachelor’s degree in visual arts (BFA), he is also certified by the American Institute of Project Management (PMP) and holds multiple technical ICT credentials.

Khakhu Portia Rokho CA(SA) is an adept financial expert with over 13 years of experience in credit risk management, corporate finance, and project finance. She holds a BCom Honours in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA).

Khakhu has a strong track record in portfolio management, valuation, and risk assessment, particularly within the infrastructure sector in South Africa and the rest of Africa. She is skilled in structuring and financing complex projects in energy, transport, housing, and public sectors.

Valentine Ojangole is a veteran finance professional with over 24 years of experience. He holds MPhil in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, a Master of Business Administration from ESAMI, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Makerere University.

As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Certified Public (ICPAU), Valentine has a deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices. His expertise spans various areas, including development finance, credit management, treasury, information systems, and strategic leadership.

Oswell Chakwanda is a highly accomplished Chartered Engineer, with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, ICT, power systems, electronic systems engineering, and agriculture.

He holds an Engineering Council (UK) Certificate in Telecommunications Systems, Electronic Systems and Power Systems Engineering. In addition to a City and Guilds of London T5 Telecoms Technician Certificate and a National Technician Certificate. He has received a slew of awards in engineering and farming, including the Best City and Guilds Telecoms Technician in the World 1994, and the 2nd runner-up in the 2018 Seed-Co 11ton club maize production competition. Oswell is an expert in project management, having led numerous high-impact infrastructure projects across Zimbabwe and the COMESA region.
